CAWG is excited to announce the launch of a new electronic tool to enhance your voice in the public policy development process. Through the use of CapWiz you can easily learn more about issues CAWG is working on on your behalf. Please Ask the Governor to Veto SB 1121 (Florez) related to Agriculture Overtime Pay
The Legislature recently passed SB 1121 (Florez) which would repeal the overtime provisions for agricultural workers. The bill was sent to the Governor on July 20 and he has 12 days to act on it. Please click on the link below and send a message asking Governor Schwarzenneger to veto SB1121.
